Subscriptions
CSA stands for community supported aquaculture! Members purchase 2 months of sustainable seafood, and pick up their shares from local shops.
Pickups
Pickups take place on Wednesdays in NYC, and on Thursdays in the Hudson Valley. A full list of pickup locations and pickup times is available below.
Shucking
Members receive a free oyster knife with their first pickup! Shucking makes a great group activity for home chefs: Check out our instructional video on how to open oysters.
Find A Pickup Location
We have 26 pickup locations from South Brooklyn to Hudson. Pickups in NYC take place on Wednesdays, and pickups north of the city take place on Thursdays. Pickup windows vary by location, but most start by 4:00 and end at 8:00.
January+February Pickup Dates
IF YOU ARE SIGNING UP AFTER JANUARY 1ST FOR A WEEKLY OR BIWEEKLY PLAN, YOU WILL SKIP THE FIRST PICKUP.
